1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting or using bare ("bare", "we", "us", "the site") — including creating an account, using any of the generator tools, the skin viewer, the recipe book, the enchantment calculator, or the AI assistant — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What bare is

bare is a fan-made collection of tools for Minecraft players: a tellraw generator, a command generator, a 3D skin viewer, a recipe lookup book, an enchantment calculator, and a general-purpose AI chat assistant. bare is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any of their affiliates. "Minecraft" and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners; they are referenced here only to describe what our tools are for.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You may need an account to save preferences, sync your music queue, or personalize your profile. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for anything that happens under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• If you are under the age required by your local law to consent to online services on your own, you should only use bare with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and they should review these Terms and our Privacy Policy with you.
• We may suspend or remove an account that violates these Terms, is used to abuse the site, or is inactive for an extended period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site to violate any law, or to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems, or interfere with the normal operation of the site (e.g. flooding endpoints, scraping at abusive volume, bypassing rate limits);
• Use the AI assistant to cheat on schoolwork, exams, or other academic assessments, or to generate malicious code, harassment, or other content the assistant is designed to refuse;
• Submit false, abusive, or spam feedback;
• Use another person's Minecraft identity, gamertag, or skin lookup in a way intended to harass or impersonate them.

5. The AI assistant

The chat assistant is provided for general help and Minecraft-related questions. Responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or refuse a request that trips our automated safety filters. Don't rely on it for anything where being wrong would matter — treat its answers as a starting point, not a guarantee.

6. Feedback and user content

Anything you submit through the feedback form is sent to the site's creator for review and may be used to improve bare. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, and don't include sensitive personal information in a feedback message.

7. Third-party services

Some tools on bare rely on third-party services to work — for example, the skin viewer queries public Minecraft skin-lookup APIs, the music player embeds YouTube, and the AI assistant is powered by a third-party language-model provider. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms, and bare isn't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.

8. No warranty

bare is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated commands, recipes, or calculations will always be accurate for your Minecraft version — always double-check anything important before relying on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bare and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. This is a hobby/fan project, offered free of charge, and provided without commercial-grade guarantees.

10. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of bare at any time, and we may update these Terms as the site evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
